Dr. Andrea Miller recently joined Solomon Family Dentistry in June of 2023, but has been practicing dentistry in South Carolina since 2021. She is originally from Erie, PA, but always wanted to escape the cold weather and move further south.
Dr. Miller’s interest in dentistry began in the summer of 2014 when she was in a cycling accident that left her front teeth fractured and needed root canals and restorative treatment. Her dental trauma is what led her to become a dentist. She aims to help patients that had previous poor experiences at the dentist or dental anxiety. She wants to help give patients their smile back.
For her undergraduate education, she attended the University of Pittsburgh graduating in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry. Dr. Miller continued her education at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2021.
Dr. Miller previously practiced in Myrtle Beach, SC and moved to Charleston in May of 2023. She offers procedures including fillings, crown and bridge, root canals, dentures and partial dentures, extractions, Invisalign, and restoration of dental implants.
During her time off, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time reading at the beach or pool. She also enjoys running, cycling, hiking, and yoga.
