Brandon Wishnow, DDS, is a general dentist at Solomon Family Dentistry, providing comprehensive care to adults and children in Summerville and Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Dr. Wishnow enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is particularly passionate about expanding and integrating the benefits of digital dentistry workflow for his patients to make their appointments less stressful and more efficient!
Prior to dental school, Dr. Wishnow earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Wishnow is licensed by the South Carolina Board of Dentistry and maintains membership with the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association.
At Solomon Family Dentistry, Dr. Wishnow’s patient care philosophy is to treat patients like family. He always gives them his best advice and guides them through the process, from start to finish. He believes accessibility to health care providers is of utmost importance and ensures he can be reached no matter what day or time it is. No two patients have the same goals, so he feels tailoring an individualized treatment plan to meet his patients’ expectations is the best way to accomplish their goals and achieve optimal dental health.
Dr. Wishnow is a huge animal lover. He and his wife rescued a heartworm-positive Daschund/mix in 2021 and enjoy taking him on long walks around Charleston! He also maintains four aquariums as a hobby: a large saltwater coral reef tank and three freshwater tanks with tetras, betta fish, and others. Dr. Wishnow has been a member of the South Carolina Aquarium since moving to Charleston and has loved aquariums since childhood.
Outside of work, his other interests include cooking, bike riding around beautiful South Carolina, and playing Xbox on his days off!
